With over 16 years' experience in the building industry, Bassett Groundwork and Digger Hire's founder, Sam Bassett, brings a wealth of experience to his clients' projects. A perfectionist with a meticulous eye for detail, Sam can turn an idea into a vision, completing every project to a high standard. Careful planning and project management mean that jobs are completed on time and safely, whether it is groundwork services to hard landscaping, through to fencing, drainage, stud work walls or concreting. Sam is also an experienced and skilled digger operator who holds a multitude of certifications in various building industry standards.

Sam has refurbished and modernized offices, religious and academic buildings with minimal disturbance, as well as working on sites that require careful compliance with legislation, including: areas with tree preservations, bat habitation and protected wildlife. Sam's expertise in block paved drives, patios and decking with strong, lasting foundations has seen him work on areas covering up to 500 square meters.
